System Check
Is the machinery behind the portal configured correctly? Read-only diagnostics — nothing on this page changes any data.

These diagnostics read the live forms, the scheduled-job record and the workflow, and answer with your signed-in role — no key to carry. Overview needs View Job Health; the sync planners, form fields and workflow probe need Administer Forms.
Scheduled jobs
Every cron that keeps the registry, the links and the guards current. A job whose state cannot be determined is not a job that is fine.
Form & database contracts
Does the live Jotform still match what the code expects? Read this after anyone edits a form in the builder, and before a cutover.
Each of these is a dry run: it plans what the scheduled job would write and writes nothing. They read every recent submission, so they run on request rather than on load.
Payment link into the Inbox
Would the prefilled Payment Process link be written to any approved expense? The job that applies it runs every 15 minutes, so a link that is missing right after an approval is pending, not broken.
Expense link into the Inbox
The PR-side sibling: would the prefilled General Expense link be written to any approved Purchase Requisition? Read this when Procurement reports that the link in their Inbox task does not open — it names the field, the qid, and the reason each requisition was skipped. The job that applies it runs every 15 minutes, so a link that is missing right after an approval is pending, not broken.
Vendor bank details on Expense submissions
Would the approved supplier register's bank details be written onto any Expense submission that lacks them? A cheque payee with no account number is reported separately — it is a payment method, not a gap.
Form fields
What a live form actually contains — unique names, qids and types, newest first. Use it after anyone edits a form in the builder, to see what was added and what it is called.
Workflow behind one transaction
What Jotform's approval workflow actually holds for one requisition or expense — every instance, every task, its status, outcome and assignee — beside the label the gate reads. The probe reports; it does not judge.
